Store Pickup
You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. After placing an order for store pickup, your order will be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up. Please call or text the store to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You can login to the website at any time to check the status of the order and the tracking number.

Return policy
We sell new books. Buying new books supports authors, publishers and all those working on them. We can not accept used books as returned items. If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. For all mail returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
